Join Veronica each week for a virtual 30-minute meditation class. Start the week from a centered and grounded place as you cultivate your practice and connect more deeply with your body, mind and spirit. This practice will support you in quieting your mind, balancing your nervous system, and connecting with the wisdom of your inner voice, your Highest Vibrational Self.

Veronica is a certified Kundalini yoga and meditation instructor. She began practicing Kundalini yoga in 2016, when she recognized she needed tools to help manage stress and heal her nervous system after suffering from PTSD and Panic Attack Disorder. She did just that, and knew she had to share this helpful technology with others. She completed her 200-hour Kundalini Yoga teacher certification (KRI) in August 2021.
