Kundalini Yoga

Join Veronica each week for a virtual 75-minute class combining movement, breathwork and meditation. All levels are welcome!

Veronica began practicing Kundalini yoga in 2016, when she recognized she needed tools to help manage stress and heal her nervous system after suffering from PTSD and Panic Attack Disorder. She did just that, and knew she had to share this helpful technology with others. She completed her 200-hour Kundalini Yoga teacher certification (KRI) in August 2021.
