Kundalini yoga is “the yoga of awareness”; it is a technology of consciousness that offers tools to help awaken your awareness so that you can expand into your fullest potential as a human being.
A typical class includes some warm-up exercises, breathwork (pranayam), an exercise set (kriya), a deep relaxation and sound bath, chanting (mantra), and a meditation.

No previous experience is necessary. Kundalini yoga is for EVERY body! Detailed instructions are provided, and modifications are offered. Remember, our bodies and our abilities change every day - just do YOUR personal best. Even if that means lying on your back for half the class - your best is always enough!
Veronica began practicing Kundalini yoga in 2016, when she recognized she needed tools to help manage stress and heal from PTSD and Panic Attack Disorder. She did just that, and knew she had to share this helpful technology with others. She completed her 200-hour Kundalini Yoga teacher certification (KRI) in August 2021.
