BMG™ Dark Liquor Coaster
This BMG™ design is a perfect example of how numbers and shapes can affect our liquor, or even our bodies. The BMG™ Dark Liquor Design Coaster improves your drink to its optimal best.
Simply set your glass or bottle of liquor on the Coaster:
Whiskey (scotch, bourbon) 12 minutes
Dark Rum 12 minutes
Brandy 12 minutes
Dark Tequila 12 minutes
Try This Test:
Pour 2 glasses of liquor.
One is kept as is, called your “control” (untreated). The other one (treated) goes on the coaster for optimizing.
Set a timer. Liquors left on the coaster beyond the recommended times may go beyond optimal. Longer is not better.
Now try each glass. Rinse your palate in between with a light tea or even water. Now notice the difference!
What to Look for When Tasting Liquor
What do you smell?
What do you taste?
Any fruity flavors? Earthy or “oaky”? Any spices? Sweet?
How does it feel in your mouth?
What is your overall sense of the liquor? Can you give it a word or short phrase to set it in your mind?
Trust you own senses! It can help to make notes, and to share your thoughts with friends.
