Begin your week with slow, thoughtful movement. Postures/asanas will be held for several breaths to allow the body to fully relax, and modifications will be given. This class is suitable for beginners or those returning to their practice.
This class will be simple, fun and super relaxing! You will leave feeling lighter and able to conquer your day with ease and peacefulness.
Plan on wearing clothing that allows for free movement and keep you covered as you bend/twist, hair ties to keep your hands free, and please no perfumes or heavy scents.
Please bring your own mat; we have just a few to share.
