Kundalini Yoga with Veronica

Kundalini yoga is known as the “yoga of awareness”, designed to help awaken the consciousness and elevate it to a higher state of possibility and potential, and to cultivate a strong sense of Self in order to live in alignment with your values.

A typical class includes tuning-in with a mantra, warm-up exercises, a kriya (exercise set), deep relaxation, and meditation.
All levels are welcome!
