Many people find meditation frustrating. How many times have you said “but I can’t turn off my brain!”. Passive forms of meditation, such as mindfulness meditation, instruct you to “watch your thoughts pass by, like clouds drifting”. Yeah, right!!

Kriya meditation, by contrast, is an active form of meditation. We use sound, movement and the breath to override the brain and create new neural pathways. The result? You feel grounded, centered, and energized, in just 1/2 hour.
