Cultivating the Self is an intentional practice of reconnecting with the Self to purify and strengthen the mind, body and spirit.
Learn easy, yet effective, tools and practices you can use any time you need to clear your head, reduce stress, and come back to your center. These include the ancient yogic technology of mudras (hand positions), mantras (the chanting of sacred words or phrases), pranayama (breathwork) and kriyas (movement or exercises).
